This policy explains what information Prompt Chains collects, why, and the choices you have. We keep it short and in plain language.
Account details: when you sign in, we store your email address and a secure sign-in token so we can keep you logged in and tell you which packs you own.
Purchases: when you buy a pack, our payment provider (Stripe) processes your card. We never see or store your full card number - we only record that a purchase happened and which pack it unlocked.
Basic usage: like most sites, our servers log standard request data (such as page and approximate location from your IP) to keep the service running and secure.
To give you access to the packs you buy, keep you signed in, process payments, answer support requests, and improve the prompts and the site.
We do not sell your personal information.
We share data only with the providers that run the service for us - for example our payment processor (Stripe) and our hosting and authentication providers. They may only use it to perform their work for us.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
Our prompts are copied and run inside your own AI tool (for example ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini). Anything you type into that tool is handled by that tool's provider under their privacy policy, not ours.
We use a small number of cookies that are needed to keep you signed in and to remember your settings. We do not use them to track you across other websites.
You can ask us to show, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you. Deleting your account removes your sign-in details; we may keep limited purchase records where the law requires.
